Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
We deliver, setup, and takedown. Additional fees may apply if a water spigot or electric outlet is not within 50' of the unit.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.With each booking we do require a $50 deposit. We will not deliver without the deposit. If there is a reason that cannot happen, please give us a call or text at 502-316-8778.
Q.How long do I get the inflatable?
A.We are an all-day rental company. We drop off in the morning, and pickup before or just after dark. We will call or text you the day before to let you know what the schedule is.
If you are renting a facility, please let us know and we can accommodate the special arrangements and timeframes.
Q.What if the weather is bad?
A.Once we setup, full payment is required. All of our units are fine with a little rain outside.
If there is a strong chance of a storm and you decide to cancel, we can either fully refund the deposit or hold it for another date.
If there is a prediction of winds between 10-15 MPH, we make the decision depending on the location and inflatable to cancel or not. If winds are predicted to be over 15 MPH, we will have to cancel for insurance reasons. Again, the deposit will be refunded or held for another date.
Q.We've rented some really dirty inflatables from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
A.No. The inflatable should be clean when you get it. We clean every unit between rentals.
Q.Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A.While in use, yes. If your party is over and you want to turn it off, we ask that you just unplug from your electrical outlet. Turning it off is not required.
DO NOT TURN THE UNIT OFF WHILE PEOPLE OR CHILDREN ARE NEAR IT. MAKE SURE THE AREA IS CLEAR AND NO ONE, ESPECIALLY SMALL CHILDREN GO BACK TO A DEFLATING OR DEFLATED UNITY.
Q.What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A.We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as we do not carry change.
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.Please give us a call or text at 502-316-8778
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A.Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered.
Q.Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A.Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
